What We Believe
God
We believe in only one true God, One in essence, nature, and attributes, but existing in three persons: Father, son Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, In His virgin birth, in His shed blood on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins, in His bodily resurrection and ascension to the father’s right hand. We do not believe that He is a way to the Father, but rather the only way through which we can receive righteousness, regeneration, sanctification, and glorification. He is, in fact, our salvation. (1 Corinthians 1:30-31)
Holy Spirit
We believe in God the Holy Spirit; a real person having the attributes of the whole godhead. Who condescends to dwell in every born-again believer, guiding, sanctifying and comforting. He alone applies the father’s saving grace by the blood of the son unto our salvation. (Romans 8:9; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Ephesians 1:13-14)
Salvation
We believe the salvation is purely by grace through faith and not otherwise. (Ephesians 2:8) We believe that all who, in repentance and faith, receive the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord are born-again. (Act 20:20-21; Romans 10:9-10)
The Great Commission
We believe in the commission of our risen Savior and Lord Jesus Christ, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and Io, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. “ (Matthew 28:19-20)
The Resurrection
We believe in the resurrection of the just and the unjust; one to everlasting life and one to everlasting damnation. (Matthew 25:46)
The Second Coming
We believe in a literal, physical second return of the Lord Jesus Christ in power and great glory. (1 Thessalonians 1:10; 4:16-17)
